TP Tutors are looking for enthusiastic and engaging maths teachers to support pupils on a 1:1 basis. For this role, we can only accept teachers with full QTS. The role will be to deliver a full maths curriculum to pupils in KS2, KS3 and up to GCSE level.
Many of our current placements are supporting pupils awaiting school placements, as such tuition often takes place in the home environment or out in the local community. We currently have roles available to start immediately in Doncaster.
Pupils may need tuition for a variety of reasons, including:
- Behavioural difficulties (pupils excluded from school and awaiting a new placement)
- Emotional needs including school phobia or anxiety
- Medical needs
- Relocation and awaiting a school placement
- Improvement in grades
- Support with GCSE preparation
Successful applicants will need:
- Qualified Teacher with QTS
- Experience with primary or secondary aged children
- Experience working with children in a tuition capacity (desirable)
