We have an exciting opportunity at a mainstream secondary school in B46, Warwickshire for a qualified maths teacher to work on a full time basis.
The OFSTED rated "Good" school are supportive, caring and pride themselves in their exceptional team spirit and collaborative nature.
Hours: Full Time
Rate of Pay: £160-210 per day (dependent upon experience)
Location: B46, Coleshill, Warwickshire
Job Start: Easter 2025
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experienced teaching high quality maths lessons within a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum for mathematics
- Strong classroom management and ability to control challenging behaviours
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs
- Experience planning and marking
Job Role:
- Deliver high quality maths lessons that suits the diverse learning needs within each class
- Assess pupils progress and development effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide positive and informative feedback to help support all pupils with their learning
- Work in collaboration with colleagues within the maths department and wider school community
- Contribute to wider school community, engaging with extra curricular activities and parents evenings
