Maths Teacher
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent Position
Location: Bradford
Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience
Start Date: April 2025 or sooner
A highly reputable secondary school in Bradford is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join its permanent staff from April 2025 or sooner. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and supportive department committed to delivering outstanding education to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 if applicable).
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in departmental activities.
- Maintain high expectations of student behaviour and academic performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching maths at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- A commitment to professional development and a passion for teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
