This full-time position begins in October and runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Role Overview:

• Supporting teachers within the Maths department by assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Providing targeted support to students, working 1:1 or in small groups to improve mathematical understanding and skills.
• Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning environment.
• Assisting in tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers on areas for improvement.
• Contributing to a positive learning atmosphere by supporting students who require additional help or have special educational needs.
