Job Title: Maths and English Tutor

Location:

England, East of England, Cambridgeshire

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging maths and English lessons to students
• Assess students' learning needs and develop individualised learning plans
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress
• Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding students' performance

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Mathematics, English, or related field
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching maths and English

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for maths and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
• Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
