Job Advert: Mathematics Teacher - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln
Position: Mathematics Teacher
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: Starting at £180 per day, with potential to rise

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join a team dedicated to supporting secondary school students in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who wants to make a difference in students' educational journeys by providing everyday learning and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic mathematics lessons to secondary school students.

  • Provide tailored support to students who may need additional help in understanding mathematical concepts.

  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

  • Work closely with school staff to monitor student progress and provide ongoing support.

  • Contribute to a collaborative teaching environment, ensuring that all students can achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Mathematics Teacher with a passion for helping students succeed.

  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Experience teaching secondary school students, ideally in a variety of educational settings.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.

  • A proactive approach to supporting students in both classroom and one-to-one settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
