Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
• Promote positive behavior and contribute to maintaining a productive classroom environment.
• Support the social and emotional development of students.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• DBS clearance (Teaching Personnel can assist with this).
