We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team, supporting students across the school and helping them achieve their full potential.

Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to support students’ learning and development in a variety of classroom settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
• Supporting students on a one-to-one and group basis
• Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required
• Helping with classroom management and maintaining a safe environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to the classroom

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
• A passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
• A commitment to ensuring every child’s success
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are beneficial but not essential
