Job description
Teaching Personnel are working alongside brilliant schools in the East Sussex area who are looking to appoint dynamic and aspirational lesson leads. The role will include covering lessons for absent staff within a secondary school setting. If you have a love for a specific subject, or are wanting to gain experience within a classroom, this is the role for you.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-respected school and support in the development of the students. If you have a desire to develop professionally, have excellent communication skills, a sense of humour and are a team player, then this role is perfect for you.
The schools are looking to recruit staff who:

- Take every opportunity, in and out of the classroom, to talk to students, model expected behaviours and build positive relationships.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
