At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for flexible needs for our schools in East Sussex.

Contract: Full-time
Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of regular teaching staff. You will oversee classes and ensure that pre-prepared work is completed by students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in education or those seeking flexible work within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups in the absence of regular teaching staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
- Provide support to students who may require assistance with tasks.
- Report back on the progress and behaviour of students during the lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
