About the Role
As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND to access their education in a way that enables them to thrive. - Take part in regular in-house training, designed to upskill LSAs and help them progress in their careers.
- Contribute to the inclusive, positive school environment, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.
Why Join This School?
This school is dedicated to supporting and developing its staff as much as its students. As an LSA, you will benefit from:
- High levels of training – the school offers regular CPD and professional development opportunities.
- A structured career path – if you are ambitious, there is potential for progression into senior support roles.
- A nurturing environment – this is a small school where staff and students form strong relationships.
- A rewarding experience – you will see first-hand the difference you make in students’ lives.
What We Are Looking For
