Learning Support Assistant
Job description

If you have the right personality, previous experience with SEN (either personal or professional) OR transferrable skills, and willingness to learn and adapt on the job, you would be the perfect fit!
We are currently searching for Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to help support an SEN school, both primary and secondary avaliable
About the role:
- Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, where students can thrive.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
- Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
