Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? One of our college SEN provisions in Cheadle are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them thrive in their education and personal development.
- Assist in implementing personalized learning strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
- Support with personal care tasks as needed, ensuring students' comfort and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver high-quality education and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Previous experience working with individuals with SEN.
- Desirable: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Full-time availability to meet the needs of our students.
- A compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented approach to support and care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
