Job description

Are feeling uninspired and unmotivated in your current teaching role? Have you ever considered 1:1 tuition?

 

Our 1:1 roles, give our educators the opportunity to making a meaningful and life changing impact for young people who aren’t currently accessing mainstream education.

I work with Local Authorities in Essex to provide 1:1 tuition for young people, which often takes place in their home, care home or public venue such as a library or community hub! Fundamentally, our roles are built on building rapports with these students and delivering bespoke tuition sessions tailored to their learning levels, needs and interests!

 

In summary …

  • I am looking for educators who are experienced in teaching at a Key Stage 3 level, particularly in the core subjects: English, Maths and Science
  • Our educators must be confident in creating resources and delivering sessions to individual learners
  • Tuition will take place in the learners home, care home or an external local venue.
  • You must create a safe and judgement – free zone, where learners feel confident in their learning!
  • Experience with SEN and SEMH needs!

 

I am particularly looking for educators in Canvey Island!
