Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting Key Stage 2 children? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. If you have the skills and experience to make a positive impact on children's learning, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to KS2 students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for children who need additional help.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
- Help children develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
You will have:
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2 pupils.
- A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- A proactive and reliable approach to supporting the classroom environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
