Teaching Personnel is thrilled to be working with an outstanding Primary School in Newport, seeking a qualified and experienced Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join their team starting in January. While the School ideally seeks a KS2 specialist, they are open to applications from candidates with KS1 experience who are eager to embrace a new challenge. This is a full-time role with a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality: High energy and positivity are key for success in this role.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Effective classroom management and punctuality are essential.
  • Passion for Education: A commitment to children’s development through engaging lessons.
  • Safeguarding Knowledge: Awareness of child protection procedures.
  • Behaviour Management Expertise: A strong ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Primary Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with the requirements and standards of the Primary Curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
