A highly reputable primary school in Luton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher to join its permanent staff team from April 2025. The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring that all pupils reach their full potential. They will be expected to create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment, assess pupil progress effectively, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
*Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils
*Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
*Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress
*Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment
*Be able to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities
*Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the school’s ethos and values
*Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Be willing to engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider school community
