Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience or strong understanding of teaching in Key Stage 2
- A sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to contributing to wider school life and working collaboratively with colleagues
- A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
