Contract: Fulltime, Permanent Position

Start Date: April 2025
A highly reputable primary school in Enfield is seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join its permanent teaching staff from April 2025. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum to Key Stage 1 pupils, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the holistic development of each child. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance pupil outcomes.
- Maintain effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
- A passion for inspiring young learners and a child-centred approach to education.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
