Key Stage Leader – Maths
Location: Brooklands, Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

We are working in partnership with our client, a successful and high-achieving academy school based in Brooklands, Milton Keynes, to appoint a committed and dynamic Key Stage Leader – Maths to join their vibrant Maths department from September 2025.
The Role:
-
Lead the strategic development of the Maths curriculum across your designated Key Stage (KS3 or KS4)
-
Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that support strong academic progress
-
Monitor, evaluate, and support the professional development of colleagues within the Maths department
-
Use data effectively to track student achievement and implement intervention strategies where needed
-
Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
-
Have proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)
-
Demonstrate successful leadership experience or strong potential to lead a Key Stage
-
Be passionate about mathematics and committed to raising student attainment
-
Show excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
-
Be available for a full-time permanent role from September 2025

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
