Location: Preston

Full-time: Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive rates of pay, £120 - £150 per day

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

-          Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Key Stage 1 students.

-          Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and a love for learning.

-          Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

-          Collaborating with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

-          Building strong partnerships with parents and guardians to foster a cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-          A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

-          Experience or a strong passion for teaching Key Stage 1 students.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-          A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

-          Dedication to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
