This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students in developing essential life skills and knowledge in a dynamic learning environment. This role is available to start after Easter and will be ongoing until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in Home Economics and Social Care.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to a diverse range of student needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting student well-being and academic success.
  • Support students in developing practical skills in nutrition, food preparation, family management, and social care principles.

Role Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Specialism or relevant teaching experience in Home Economics and Social Care
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student development
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
