Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic HTLA to join a vibrant primary school in Macclesfield on a long-term, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to the academic and personal development of young learners in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
As an HTLA, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons. Your responsibilities will include working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support, helping to plan and deliver lessons, and assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress. You will also be expected to provide pastoral care and promote positive behavior within the classroom, ensuring that all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
