Position: History Teacher
Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire (and surrounding areas)
Pay: Starting at £160 per day, with potential to rise
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)

About the Role

As a History Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping students’ understanding of the past and helping them develop critical thinking skills.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lesson Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging and informative lessons across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  • Assessment: Marking and providing constructive feedback to support student progress.
  • Inspiration: Fostering a love of learning and an appreciation for history.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with school staff to create a cohesive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience in teaching history at the secondary level.
Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver high-quality lessons.
A commitment to student development and engagement.
The ability to manage time effectively and work in various school settings.
