We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and qualified History teachers to work across Northampton and surrounding areas. We offer flexible day-to-day supply work, where you choose your availability, as well as more set, long-term roles for those seeking consistency.
This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who want to tailor their workload to suit their lifestyle, whether you're balancing family commitments, exploring semi-retirement, or simply looking for a change of pace.
Salary ranges from £90 to £251 per day, depending on your qualifications, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified History teachers (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
- A strong understanding of the curriculum and a love for storytelling and critical thinking
- Confidence in managing classrooms and engaging learners
- At least 6 months of teaching experience in a secondary setting preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
