Teacher of History

Location: Greenwich, London

Start Date: September 2024

Teaching Personnel's PWR team are searching for a dynamic and engaging Teacher of History to join a successful and supportive History department in a vibrant Greenwich secondary school. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate historian to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love of learning about the past. The school is committed to providing a high-quality education for all its students, and the History department plays a key role in developing students' critical thinking, analytical skills, and historical understanding.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
  • Be able to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences
  • Have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for History
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills

Salary: Inner London Pay Scale
