History Curriculum Lead (Lincolnshire)

Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for an experienced and inspiring History teacher to take on the role of Curriculum Lead in a successful secondary school in Lincolnshire. This is a full-time role starting in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality History lessons and will be able to lead and manage a team of History teachers.

The school is a high-achieving secondary school with a strong focus on academic excellence. The History department is well-resourced and has a supportive and collaborative team of teachers. The school is located in a pleasant area of Lincolnshire, with good transport links.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching History at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Be passionate about History and have a desire to lead and inspire others
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

TLR may be available for suitable candidates. Inner or Outer London Pay Scale (depending on location).
