Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant school in the heart of Blackburn.
Pay: £3.50 - £15.00 per hour
Start date: January 2025

The Role:
-Confidently deliver lessons in the teacher’s absence, ensuring continuity of learning.
-Provide tailored support to pupils, working both 1:1 and with small groups to help them reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For:
-A driven and adaptable individual with proven HLTA experience.
-Confidence in lesson delivery and a proactive approach to supporting pupil development.
-A passion for making a difference in children’s education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
