Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the History Department in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional development.
• Teach across KS3 and KS4, engaging students with history and promoting analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence by supporting student engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning in every classroom.
