Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across key stages
• Provide tailored support to small groups and individual students
• Help with lesson planning, resources, and classroom organisation
• Learn to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
• Attend regular training and development sessions to prepare for teacher training
