Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across key stages
- Provide tailored support to small groups and individual students
- Help with lesson planning, resources, and classroom organisation
- Learn to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Attend regular training and development sessions to prepare for teacher training
