Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Bournemouth, you will:
- Supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
- Support a high-quality learning environment without the need for planning, marking, or delivering lessons.
This role gives you an excellent insight into the daily responsibilities of a teacher while allowing you to build key skills in classroom management.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
