SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted

The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

We're partnering with leading mainstreem secondary schools across Birmingham, Redditch and Dudley and we're seeking dedicated individuals to join as SEN Teaching Assistants. In this role, you'll receive top-notch training, mentorship, and the rewarding experience of helping students aged 11 - 16 during their critical developmental years.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group interventions for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Behavioral Needs.
  • Keep detailed records to track student progress and performance.
  • Work closely with SENCOs, Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and parents to deliver personalized support for students.
  • Earn a competitive daily rate of £84 - £90 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
