Our ‘Future Teachers’ programme is a great opportunity in order to gain a years or terms experience within a secondary school to learn the basics of teaching, including one-to-one support, planning of lessons, teaching to a variety of age groups/class sizes, and marking. With a competitive rate of pay, this a fantastic chance to develop your skills.
As the leading recruitment agency in the teaching sector, we work with other 90% of schools in the local area. Therefore, we are adept at finding the perfect school for each individual graduate. We offer prior meetings with schools, in order to meet the staff and students and see the premises to see if the right fit.
We have recently partnered with the UKs largest trust in order to offer graduates a route into teaching for the 2024 academic year, in order to be paid whilst you work and gain QTS. Due to teacher shortages, we are particularly interested in applications from graduates with a degree in; Science, Maths, English, Geography, History, Humanities, Computing, Spanish, MFL, Business and Drama.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Experience working with children (either professionally or voluntarily) would be desirable
- Can commit to a year’s placement within a secondary school
- Friendly and approachable nature
- Subject to clearance of a child-only DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
