Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact?

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Classroom Support Coordinator to join our team in Rochdale. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers, students, and staff to ensure that learning environments are inclusive, supportive, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students across various classrooms, adapting to different teaching styles and subjects.
  • Monitor student progress, offer feedback, and support individual and group learning.
  • Assist in the development of resources to enhance the learning experience.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate individual with a strong commitment to student success.
  • Experience in classroom support or a relevant education role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
