About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 in the absence of regular teachers. No teaching experience is required—just strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn. This role provides an excellent foundation for developing leadership, classroom management, and organizational skills while gaining valuable insights into the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open to graduates from any academic background, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
