Graduate Opportunity: Future Teachers Programme – Salisbury
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Secondary School in Salisbury
Role Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
In this role, you’ll be working as a Cover Supervisor in a local Salisbury secondary school. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a classroom during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring students remain engaged
- Promoting a positive, structured learning environment
- Gaining an authentic understanding of day-to-day school life
Note: No lesson planning, marking, or formal teaching required — just real, practical experience in a supportive environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
