Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to students on a 1:1 basis.
- Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
- Use a trauma-informed approach to support student progress.
- Provide lesson reports and regular feedback on student development.
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and families to support each student’s unique learning journey.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- A relevant degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong subject knowledge in the areas you will be tutoring
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Effective time management and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
