Job Duties:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to GCSE students in subjects such as Maths, English, and Science.
• Create personalised learning plans and resources to help students improve their understanding and grades.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE-level subjects.
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning.
• Organisational skills to plan and deliver effective tutoring sessions.
