Job Duties:

- Participate in a structured training programme to develop teaching skills

- Assist qualified teachers in classroom activities and lesson planning

- Support students in their learning and educational development

- Engage with school staff and parents to create a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

- A passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Education:

- Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

- Basic understanding of educational principles and practises

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching Assistant qualification

- Safeguarding training certification

Working Conditions:

- Work hours may vary based on school schedules

- Will involve working in a classroom setting with children and teachers

- Travel within the local area may be required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
