Are you ready to take the next step in your career and pursue a fulfilling path working with young people, with the ultimate goal of becoming a qualified secondary school teacher?
Our program, Future Teachers, is designed to offer graduates an opportunity to enter the teaching profession. It provides two years of full-time, paid experience and, upon completion, participants will earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), making them fully qualified teachers.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a transferable secondary education subject, including;
- Maths
- English
- Science
- Geography
- History
- PE
- MFL
As a Classroom Supervisor in this furture teachers programme, you will be responsible for managing and teaching pupils when the main class teacher is off and absent from the class. You will be given a lesson plan and be instructed to go to each lesson and ensure learning is continuing.
Duties may include:
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Delivering a lesson plan that has been given to you
- Ensuring all work is completed by the students
- Covering a variety of lessons e.g.: English, Maths, Science, Art, IT, Performing Arts

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
