Teaching Personnel is currently working with a range of schools in the Kettering area and we are looking for dedicated, passionate, and qualified teachers to join our team. About the Role:
- Teach in primary, secondary, or SEN settings (depending on your qualifications and experience).
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and development.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure students’ academic and personal success.
- Take an active role in the school community, contributing to its ethos and growth.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher status (QTS).
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping students reach their potential.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse teaching environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
