Job Title: Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant
Location:

Full-time hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm

£12.90 - £14.50 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Assist the KS2 teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Support individual children with their learning and development
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Supervise children during class and break times
- Deliver small group interventions to children
- Help the class teacher to identify any gaps in children's learning
- Build positive relationships with the children, staff and parents
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Ability to engage and motivate children
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
