Job Description: We are seeking passionate and adaptable Primary School Teachers to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for educators who are looking for a dynamic and varied teaching experience across multiple schools within our trust. As a flexible teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and supporting our students’ learning journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to share best practices and resources
• Participate in school activities and events as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching at the primary school level
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to teach at different schools within the trust
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development
