Job Description
As a Primary School Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary subjects and year groups.
- Quickly adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create your own when necessary.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity and support for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the primary curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to students to support their learning and development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching at the primary school level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and year groups.
