Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team in the picturesque villages and towns of East Cornwall, including Looe, Pelynt, Liskeard, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, working with small groups, and providing one-on-one support to students.
- Adaptability: Step into various classroom environments across East Cornwall, adapting to different age groups and learning needs.

- Classroom Management: Support the teacher in managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting, is preferred but not essential.
- Qualifications: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development.
- Adaptable: Ability to quickly adjust to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to agreed working hours.
- DBS Check: Must hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
