Flexible Primary Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

• Full-time position, working closely with pupils to provide tailored support.
• Assisting with learning, development, and engagement in the classroom.
• Adapting to the children's individual needs and helping to create a positive learning environment.
• Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that promote progress and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to different situations.
• Experience working with young children, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A patient, proactive, and nurturing attitude.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in childcare/education (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
