About You:

-          A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.

-          Previous experience working with children, preferably within an EYFS setting (or a relevant qualification such as a CACHE Level 2/3 in Early Years).

-          A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

-          A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and well-being.

-          Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also using your initiative when required.

Why Work with Us?

-          A supportive and friendly team of professionals.

-          Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.

-          A welcoming and inclusive school environment where every child is valued.
