We are currently recruiting experienced LSAs to support schools across Reading and nearby areas. Whether you’re looking for a fresh start, a new challenge, or more flexible working arrangements – we have a range of roles to suit your skills and experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of SEN and/or behavioural needs is desirable
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

Whether you're supporting individual pupils, small groups or assisting across the classroom, your contribution will be valued and impactful.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
