Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners and gain valuable classroom experience, whether you're just starting your career in education or looking to build on previous experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and may also work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your role will be key in helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
