Job Vacancy: Exam Invigilators
Location: Various Schools/Colleges across Teesside
Position: Temporary, Flexible Hours
Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support schools and colleges across Teesside during the upcoming exam periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work. As an Exam Invigilator, you'll ensure that exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with exam board regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor students during examinations, ensuring adherence to exam rules and regulations.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and other materials.
- Ensure a calm and quiet environment throughout the duration of the exam.
- Identify and manage any issues or incidents following protocol.
- Assist with setting up the exam room, ensuring seating arrangements and equipment are correct.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures accurately.
- Must be available for various exam dates, including mornings and afternoons.
Please Note:
Successful applicants will be subject to reference checks and must have an enhanced child DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
